# How to Refund Attendees > Refund attendees straight from your tickets page — we send the money back to their card and void the ticket automatically. Need to give someone their money back? You can refund attendees straight from your event's tickets page. Fikets sends the money back to their card and voids the ticket automatically, so it can't be used at the gate. ## Steps - Open your Tickets page. - Select the attendee(s) to refund, then choose Refund Attendees from the Actions menu. - Review the breakdown, pay the total (if any), and confirm. ## Good to know - Tickets already paid out to you are covered by your payment; tickets not yet paid out are refunded free from funds we still hold. - The original ticket fee is non-refundable. - The attendee is emailed automatically to let them know their ticket was refunded and voided.
