# Import Offline Ticket Sales from a CSV > Sold tickets offline or on another platform? Upload a CSV and Fikets creates the tickets in bulk — optionally emailing each attendee their ticket. If you've sold tickets offline — at the door, over bank transfer, or on another platform — you can bring them into Fikets in one go. Upload a CSV and Fikets creates each ticket, so every attendee has a scannable QR for the gate. ## Steps - Open Ticket Sales and choose Import CSV from the actions menu. - Upload a CSV with these columns: first_name, last_name, email, phone, ticket_level, ticket_count. - Tick Send ticket emails to attendees if you want each person emailed their ticket, then start the import. ## After the import - You'll see how many tickets were imported and how many failed. - If any rows fail, you can download the full error list as a CSV, fix those rows, and re-upload just them. - Make sure each ticket_level matches one of your event's ticket categories exactly.
