# Sell Event Merch with Your Fikets Store > Open a merch store for your event — list products, take payments online, sell in person with POS, and hand out orders with the pickup scanner. Fikets isn't just tickets. You can open a full merch store for your event — sell shirts, caps, wristbands and more online, take payments through the same checkout as your tickets, and fulfil orders at the venue. ## Set up your store - Open Merch in your Event Dashboard sidebar (under Event Tools). - Create your Categories first (for example: Apparel, Accessories) so products are easy to browse. - Add your Products — name, price, stock, a low-stock threshold, and images. You can offer variants (like size or colour) and optional personalization (such as a name print). ## Sell and fulfil - Share your storefront: your public store lives at fikets.com/merch/your-event — share the link or point it out on your event page. - Bundles & zones: group items into discounted bundles, and set pickup zones so buyers know where to collect. - Orders & waitlist: track every order under Orders, and let shoppers join a waitlist when something sells out. - Sell in person: use POS to take walk-up sales at the venue. - Hand out orders: the pickup Scanner checks off each order as buyers collect, just like ticket check-in.
